Data categories

Firma360 may process contact data, account data if accounts are later enabled, technical logs, consent records, billing data if paid services are later enabled, and public-source data related to companies.

Public-source personal data

Estonian public machine-readable sources may include names of management board members, shareholders, beneficial owners, representatives, or other people linked to companies. Firma360 may display those public names with source context when they come from official RIK open-data files.

Firma360 does not intentionally store or display Estonian personal identification numbers from open-data files. Public-source personal data should be minimized, source-cited, and linked to a correction or removal contact route.
