Terms of Service for Firma360

Firma360 is a private informational platform operated by Nova Group Sp. z o.o., ul. Zurawia 6/12, lok. 745, 00-503 Warszawa, Poland, VAT ID PL7011215529.

Service character

Firma360 may provide company search, company profiles, source labels, annual-report metadata, financial indicators, report views, AI summaries, and related digital services for Estonian companies.

Firma360 is not an official Estonian registry, court, public authority, tax authority, credit bureau, or government service. Fees, if introduced later, pay for digital organisation, processing, presentation, and service access, not for public data itself.

User responsibility

Users must verify important information against official sources before making legal, tax, accounting, investment, credit, procurement, or contractual decisions.

Source limitations

Some sources are delayed, disabled, contract-required, or subject to legal review. Firma360 will mark source limitations where known.

No prohibited use

Users must not use Firma360 to bypass source access rules, scrape restricted systems, re-identify people unlawfully, or make automated decisions that require a separate legal basis.
